t-mobile problems

t-mobile is having technical problems, not everyones effected. Anyone here effected.
im glad to have Verizon.

i HATE t-mobile. last month, they lost every sidekick users contacts for 3+ weeks so i had NO phone numbers for 3 weeks. And to make it better, it was during my birthday so people would call me to say happy birthday and/or ask about my birthday party and I'd have no clue who they were. And when i'd say "who is this" they'd act all offended! So annoying. Then yesterday, I had no text/calling capabilities for 5+ hours. I had plans to go to dinner with a friend and couldn't get in touch with her to figure out what time we were supposed to go to dinner so I ended up not being able to meet her. Thanks T-Mobile! Glad you're on your game!

I did have this problem when it occured and unfortunatley I am one of those people addicted to my cell phone and needing it every minute of the day. I was one of the unfortunate ones to experience the problem into the next day and called them repeatedly asking for them to fix the problem even though they told me they weren't experiencing anymore problems...I still had a problem.
